I love habits.
I love repeating good habits, again and again, day after day.
That steady rhythm is how good things are built — in life, in sport, and in business.
I believe this:
Consumers don’t fall in love with brands because of flashy marketing.
They fall in love because of the ongoing, positive role those brands play in their lives.
And that’s what I want to create.
PRUMIN is my one-person brand — but it’s more than a business.
It’s the house I live in.
It’s the reflection of my values, struggles, passions, and dreams.
This is my journey of building PruMin from the ground up.
My Mind Is a House
Since I was young, I imagined my mind like a house.
Not a castle. Not a skyscraper.
A simple, cozy bungalow with different rooms.
Each room holds a part of who I am:
-
A place for swimming — survival and rhythm.
-
A place for biking — freedom and exploration.
-
A place for running — clarity and peace.
-
A place for strength training — building resilience.
-
A place for design — beauty, simplicity, creation.
-
A place for coaching and learning — helping others grow.
-
A place for curiosity and adventure — trying new things without fear.
All these rooms are under the same roof.
They are not separate projects.
They are one home.
And PruMin is simply me opening the front door and inviting others to come inside.
Why Endurance Sports Mirrors Business
I fell in love with endurance sports because they tell the raw truth.
-
Swimming teaches survival. You can’t fake an open-water swim. Fear shows up — and you have to move through it.
-
Biking offers freedom. Long rides across beautiful landscapes taught me that the best journeys are slow, hard, and worth it.
-
Running clears my mind. When you run far enough, thinking stops, and pure being takes over.
Endurance sports taught me lessons that no business school ever could:
-
Struggle is normal, not a mistake.
-
Progress is invisible for a long time.
-
The real enemy is in your own mind, not outside.
Building PruMin feels a lot like training for an Ironman:
Painful, slow, humbling — but deeply meaningful.
Struggling With My Brand (And Why That's Good)
Yes, I’m struggling.
Yes, I sometimes feel lost.
Yes, building a brand from scratch feels harder than expected.
And that's exactly why it’s worth it.
-
I struggle with focus.
-
I struggle with defining my audience.
-
I struggle with doubting if I’m good enough.
There are days I admire people who run successful businesses so effortlessly — and wonder, “What’s wrong with me?”
But then I remember:
Everyone struggles. No one starts at the top.
Struggle isn't a sign to quit. It's the cost of building something real.
The truth is, the more I consume — content, ideas, strategies — the more I sometimes lose my own voice.
But I’m learning to consume less, and create more.
That’s the real game.
Rooted in My Name, My City, My Legacy
My last name is Prüm — the name of a small city in Germany.
It’s not a name you hear often.
It’s not polished or internationally famous.
And I love that.
Because it’s mine.
When I named my brand PRUMIN, it felt right:
-
Prüm stands for my roots, my family, my identity.
-
Min stands for "investment" — investing time, effort, love into things that matter.
PRUMIN is a promise:
To build something patiently.
To live my values, not just preach them.
To make endurance, creativity, and strength a lifestyle — not just a product.
The Old Way vs. The New Way
My father built his business in the old world:
-
Take a bank loan.
-
Build a product.
-
Open a shop.
-
Sell physically.
Today, it's different.
Today, the entrepreneur IS the product.
You don’t just sell something.
You share your process, your story, your way of life.
And that’s what PruMin is.
Not a "product line."
A way of living that others can join.
The new way for me is simple:
-
Create content.
-
Show the journey, not just the destination.
-
Build trust over time.
-
Help people become stronger, healthier, more focused.
My Simple Action Plan
I’m keeping it simple but powerful:
Every week, write one honest newsletter.
Every week, create 2 videos — speaking freely, showing what I love.
Every day, live my habits — swim, bike, run, strength, design, help.
Not for "followers."
Not for "likes."
But because this is who I am.
The Reality of Struggle in Business, Sports, and Online
Building something is messy. It’s exhausting. It’s lonely.
And here’s what I know for sure:
1. Struggle is the default, not the exception.
Everyone you admire went through massive invisible struggle first.
No overnight success is truly overnight.
2. Progress is invisible for a long time.
Like planting seeds under the soil — you work for months before anything blooms.
3. The biggest battle is inside your mind.
Doubt, fear, imposter syndrome — they hit harder than any "external enemy."
4. Feedback loops are brutal but necessary.
Failure isn't personal. It's just data. Learn fast, adapt faster.
5. Your struggles become your best story.
When success comes, the journey will mean everything.
A Message to Anyone Starting Out
If you're struggling to build something — GOOD.
It means you're alive.
It means you're creating, not just consuming.
It means you're paying the price of doing meaningful work.
Struggle isn't a detour. Struggle IS the road.
In business: expect failures.
In sports: expect setbacks.
In life: expect to feel lost.
And still — keep moving forward.
Plant seeds.
Water them.
Trust the invisible growth.
If you can stay patient through the invisible seasons, you'll bloom into someone you can't even imagine yet.
PRUMIN Is My Life Work
It isn’t just a brand.
It’s my life work.
It’s my way of combining everything I love:
-
Movement.
-
Strength.
-
Design.
-
Nature.
-
Creativity.
-
Self-mastery.
